I am back from mid-winter in New Zealand and straight into the middle of a very hot English summer!

I am not going to lie, I find it challenging to be very productive in this heat.

I would rather be out in nature, tripping to the beach or chilling with friends in a pub garden.

⏱ Plan tenders carefully to avoid last-minute scrambles
⏱ Ask for more time on the deadline if you need it
